Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how MAR Expedite LLC ("MAR Expedite," "we," "us," or "our"), a Virginia limited liability company located at 131 Tazewell Rd, Newport News, VA 23608-3024, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit marexpeditellc.com (the "Website"), contact us, use our freight transportation services, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message (SMS).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you fill out our contact or quote request form, email us, or do business with us:

• Contact information — such as your name, company name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Shipment information — such as pickup and delivery locations, dates, freight descriptions, weights, and reference numbers.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us and records of your communication preferences, including your SMS opt-in and opt-out status.

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide freight quotes;
• Schedule, dispatch, and complete freight shipments;
• Send shipment status updates, delivery confirmations, and customer support communications;
• Send marketing communications, only where you have given consent;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Website and our services;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box(es) on our Website form, or otherwise expressly agree to receive text messages from us, MAR Expedite LLC may send you text messages at that number.

• Types of messages: transactional messages (quote follow-ups, load and shipment status updates, dispatch notifications, delivery confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer support) and, only if you separately opt in, marketing messages (service announcements, available capacity, and offers).
• Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are limited to up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance or email hometech12234@gmail.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For full SMS program terms, see the SMS Terms section of our Terms & Conditions.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, email delivery, form processing, and messaging platforms — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us. As stated above, this never includes sharing mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing purposes.
• Shipment parties, such as shippers, consignees, and brokers involved in a specific load, to the extent necessary to complete that shipment.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MAR Expedite LLC, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies & analytics

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. The embedded map on our Website is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained as required by applicable law.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including Virginia and California, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request that we correct or delete your personal information;
